Small and upright, this South Indian sindoor box has a round halo behind its seated goddess, and the halo is edged with a ring of white stones. Beneath her, the lid is scalloped and engraved with a pattern of leaf shapes, and the base spreads out in two layers of curling petals. The listing names Temple and South Indian as the styles.

White is the stone colour listed, and the white stones run around the halo and again along the petals of the base, each in its own small setting.
