About This Sindoor Box

Temple Sindoor Dabbi with Stone Work is a sindoor box with a metal alloy base, a Rajwadi finish and artificial stones, weighing 121 gm and available in Ruby Green. Made in India and shipped across India in 2–4 business days.

It looks like a small sculpture, yet it works as a sindoor dibbi with a hinged cover at the back. The body is built as a wheeled cart pulled by a tusked animal with a raised trunk, and a seated figure under a carved arch rides on top. Rajwadi polish covers the whole piece.

Temple styling shows in the arch, which is framed by curling scroll work and crowned with a domed finial. Stones sit at the corners of the frame, along the cart sides and on each wheel hub. Ruby Green is the colour option here, so the stones appear in two shades against the polished surface. The animal's forehead and ears carry fine engraved patterns, and its legs end in rounded feet that keep the cart steady on a flat shelf. The cover lifts at the back to show a deep, narrow hollow.
