About This Kumkum Box
Rajwadi Finish Kumkum Box is a kumkum box with a metal alloy base, a Rajwadi finish and artificial stones, weighing 92 gm and available in Ruby Green. Made in India and shipped across India in 2–4 business days.
Three raised emblems stand in a row on the lid of this kumkum box, set on a surface pressed with a fine criss-cross lattice. The body is a long rounded rectangle, and a small loop at the front lifts the hinged lid. Rajwadi polish runs over every curve, so the box looks like a single cast piece.
Scroll work wraps the sides in flowing lines, and a few small stones sit among the curls. Ruby Green is the colour option, and the stones appear in two shades, scattered across the lid between the emblems. Two tiny round studs flank the loop, one on each side. The inside of the lid is plain and holds a flat panel with three recessed slots that echo the shapes on top. The hollow below is wide and shallow, which suits a pinch of kumkum or sindoor.
Weighing 92 gm, it feels solid in the palm and sits flat on a table without rocking. Artificial stones are fixed into the metal alloy casting. Its low shape also fits in a drawer or a tray beside a mirror. Explore more sindoor boxes in other forms.
