Orders worth Rs. 499 or more ship free; a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 4 business days, and delivery after dispatch typically takes 2 to 10 business days depending on where you live. What is your return policy?
Our return window is 2 days (48 hours) from delivery. If a piece arrives wrong, damaged or defective, tell us within that window and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If you change your mind, eligible unworn pieces can be returned for store / wallet credit, after shipping and payment fees are deducted. For hygiene reasons earrings and some other items are not returnable unless they arrive faulty. Read the Returns and Refunds Policy for what qualifies and how refunds are paid.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, on request. Checkout and delivery on the site are for addresses in India. If you live abroad, write to us on the Contact Us page with your country and the pieces you love, and we will confirm availability, delivery time and charges before you order. Cash on delivery, the free-shipping offer and the 2-day return window described on this page apply to orders within India.
How do I keep artificial jewellery looking good?
Put it on after perfume, hair spray and cosmetics, and take it off before bathing, swimming or exercise. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, then store each piece separately in a pouch or box, away from damp. Plating is a thin finish that wears with use, so gentle handling helps pieces look their best for longer.
