Quick to place and easy to carry, this American Diamond maang tikka is listed as a peacock design in a Mehendi finish. The stones are set around a wide crescent, with a rectangular centre stone above and a small fan of pointed stones hanging inside it. Round ornaments set with stones sit at each end of the crescent, and drops hang along the lower edge.

The colour in stock is white. The Mehendi finish adds warmth, and the stones keep a clear brightness against it. Matching the peacock theme is optional; the shape works with a plain saree, a lehenga with a thin border or a kurta set, and the leaf-shaped stem keeps the look light on the forehead.
