A rectangular stone is the first detail on this American Diamond maang tikka, repeated in a half-moon fan of narrow baguette cuts that opens below a small round disc. A pear-shaped drop hangs in the hollow of the fan and more drops dangle from its lower edge, with two fine chains and a hook above.
