About This Maang Tikka
White Antique Maang Tikka with Stone Work is a maang tikka with a metal alloy base and artificial stones, weighing 14 gm and available in White. Made in India and shipped across India in 2–4 business days.
A kundan maang tikka is the ornament that rests on the centre parting, and this one pairs a thin curved band with a single teardrop centrepiece. The band is smooth and narrow, shaped to hug the crown from the hairline backwards. At its front sits a large teardrop stone framed by an inner outline ring. Around that ring runs a scalloped edge of smaller stones, each cupped in its own tiny frame. One small round drop hangs from the bottom point.
Colour options begin and end with white, which tints every stone in the centrepiece. Every stone here is artificial, held by a frame of metal alloy. A fine rim traces the whole outline, so the teardrop reads clearly even from a little distance. The band itself stays plain, which keeps all the attention on the motif at the forehead.
Weighing 14 gm, the piece stays comfortable through a long evening. Place the teardrop just above the brow and let the band lie flat along the parting. It sits well with open hair, a braid or a neat bun, and with sarees or lehengas in solid shades. See more pieces in maang tikka.
