About This Maang Tikka

Antique Floral Tikka with Stone Work is a maang tikka with a metal alloy base and artificial stones, weighing 18 gm and available in Ruby Green. Made in India and shipped across India in 2–4 business days.

Engraved flowers run across the broad crescent of this antique maang tikka, with small curling stems around them and a dotted rim along the edge. Above the crescent, a round disc is cut with open-work and set with a few artificial stones. Short drops hang from the lower curve, each one domed and textured. A chain of tiny balls links the disc to a hook for the hair.

Ruby Green is the single colour option. It appears in the stones on the disc, which sit in a small cluster at the centre and draw the eye up from the flowers below. A worn antique tone sits over the metal, so the engraving reads clearly. North style work shows in the build in steps, with a disc, a crescent and drops arranged in one line.

The piece weighs 18 gm, so it sits comfortably at the parting without pulling. Plain hair worn straight back shows the whole shape. Metal alloy forms the base, and the few stones are artificial.
