Many an American Diamond maang tikka is a single flat disc, but this one is built in two rings. A rectangular centre stone sits in the inner ring, an outer ring of small stones surrounds it, and a stem of leaf-shaped stones climbs to two fine chains and a hook. Pear-shaped drops hang from the lower edge in a loose fringe.

Styling is simple. It is meant for festive wear, with a lehenga or a saree that has a heavy border, and with hair centre-parted and left plain. Studs or small drops on the ears let the pendant carry the attention. The finish is white and that is the only colour in stock, so it fits whatever shade the outfit is, with no need to match anything else on the head.
