About This Temple Sindoor Dabbi
Temple Stone-Studded Sindoor Dabbi in Rajwadi Finish is a sindoor box with a metal alloy base, a Rajwadi finish and artificial stones, weighing 91 gm. Made in India and shipped across India in 2–4 business days.
Ninety-one grams of Rajwadi metalwork make up this temple sindoor dibbi, which has a tiered, square-sided tower for a lid and a seated figure at its peak. The front panel of the base is carved with two standing figures, and a wheel sits at each corner with a hub that is set with small stones. The style is Temple.
Ruby and green stones, the two colours in stock, are set in a flower at the top of the tower, and tiny ones circle the wheel hubs. Each tier of the tower is carved with a different pattern, from lotus-like petals to a band of scrolls. The platform is plain by comparison, with a lattice pattern and a raised border, which lets the tower and the carved front panel carry the design.
A square base spreads the weight and keeps it from rocking, and the wheels give the whole piece a stately look from every side. Made of metal alloy with artificial stones, it opens at a small hook on the tower to a roomy well for sindoor or kumkum. For other temple shapes, try sindoor boxes.
