About This Antique Kumkum Box
Rajwadi Finish Antique Stone-Studded Kumkum Box is a kumkum box with a metal alloy base, a Rajwadi finish and artificial stones, weighing 92 gm. Made in India and shipped across India in 2–4 business days.
Each of the two cups on this kumkum box is topped with a small peacock, tail curled over its back, and between them a seated figure sits on a lotus above a fan-shaped plate. The look is antique in the Temple sense, with fine beading around every edge. The finish is Rajwadi, and the listing calls the style both Temple and Antique.
Ruby and green stones appear on the lids, along the front plate and in a small flower at the base; both colours are in stock. The plate itself carries a four-lobed pattern with no stones, so the colour is left to the cups and the base. Seen from the front, the peacocks and the seated figure form a neat triangle that draws the eye inward.
Slightly lighter than the bigger twins at 92 gm, it still stays steady on a table. A metal alloy body holds the artificial stones.
