You wear a kundan maang tikka at the parting, and this traditional one fills a large oval there: a ring of small pearls outlines it, kundan-style stones of different shapes make a pattern inside, and a fringe of pearls hangs below. Six arch-shaped units, each holding a stone, step up the chain to the hook, and the pendant's outline is slightly pointed at the lower end, which adds a stronger shape.
