Ganesha sits on top of a lidded bowl in this temple sindoor box, and the bowl sits on a small wheeled cart, with four round wheels and two carved animal fronts at the base. The cart's platform is stamped in a grid, and a loop clasp on the bowl holds the lid in place. Its finish is Rajwadi, and pooja is the use the listing names.
A ring of tiny ruby and green stones, the colours in stock, circles the edge of the lid, and a few larger ones sit around Ganesha's seat. The bowl is cast in rings that step in towards the figure. Because the cart is wider than the bowl, the box looks steady from the front, and the wheels carry a pattern of fine ridges.
