About This Saraswati Kumkum Box
Saraswati Kumkum Box with Lotus Petal Base in Rajwadi Finish is a kumkum box with a metal alloy base, a Rajwadi finish and artificial stones, weighing 50 gm and available in Ruby Green. Made in India and shipped across India in 2–4 business days.
A four-armed Saraswati sits on the round lid of this kumkum box, a veena across her lap and a crown on her head, with a ruby on her forehead. The lid is domed and engraved, and the base is a wide ring of pointed lotus petals that spread out like a bloom. A small loop clasp is at the front. Rajwadi is the finish named in the listing, and Traditional is the style.
Teardrop stones sit in the dome, and a row of tiny ones circles the lid rim; the page lists ruby and green for them. The petals below are plain and smooth, which sets the colour off, so the dome is the part that holds the stones. God Figure is one of the tags on this box, along with the style tag.
Compact at 50 gm, it sits on a narrow shelf with room to spare. A metal alloy body carries the artificial stones. Lift the lid and the round well takes kumkum or sindoor, enough for a few days. Many other goddess designs are in sindoor boxes.
