About This South Indian Peacock Necklace Set

South Indian Peacock Necklace Set is a necklace set with a metal alloy base, weighing 153 gm and available in Green, Ruby and Ruby Green. Made in India and shipped across India in 2–4 business days.

Pairs of peacocks facing each other are the first detail on this artificial necklace set, worked into a curved collar and again into the pendant that hangs from its centre. Small leaf and flower shapes fill the spaces between the birds, and short chains of round drops hang along the lower edge. The jhumka earrings carry a peacock on the top and a domed body with a row of small drops at the hem. A cord fastens at the back.

Three colours are listed: green, ruby and ruby green. Green gives the cooler version, ruby the warmer, and ruby green mixes the two within the same peacock design. The antique, South Indian styling goes well with a silk saree with a zari border, or with a plain blouse in a contrasting shade.

The set weighs 153 gm. It is shaped to sit close at the base of the neck, with the pendant resting on the chest, so a round or boat neckline works. Hair worn up shows the jhumkas. Every coloured piece is artificial, set into a metal alloy body. More pieces are in necklace sets.
