This necklace set with earrings carries a small peacock at the centre of a chain of round beads. Along the chain, small bead clusters alternate with framed stones in ruby and green colours, and a green drop hangs below the peacock. The earrings follow the pattern: a round stud, a peacock below it, and a framed ruby-coloured drop at the end. Both the chain and the earrings are small, which keeps the look easy.
Ruby and green appear as the colour options. The Rajwadi finish keeps the beads and the bird warm and antique in tone, and the Traditional and Antique styles show in the carved peacock. The bead chain is light, so the piece suits a plain silk or cotton saree, a kurta with a round neckline or a half saree, and it needs no other necklace.
