At 63 gm, this maang tikka for women is a full head piece rather than a single pendant: a pointed star-shaped drop hangs at the centre, three small flower links climb the chain to the hook, and two long side strands of round stones curve out towards the hairline.

Ruby and green are the colours offered, with ruby-coloured stones along the strands and a green one in the middle of the star. Kemp is the style, and the South Indian tag points to a silk saree in a dark tone, or a lehenga with a woven edge. Because the strands frame the face on both sides, a centre parting with the hair pulled back or braided lets the whole design show without competing with loose strands.
