Two dancing figures stand with raised arms on either side of a small canopy at the top of this kumkum box, and below them a round lid opens like a lotus cup. The base is a carriage with large wheels, and a seated goddess sits in front of it. The finish is Rajwadi, and the listing marks it as a pooja piece in the temple style.

A ring of stones circles the lid in ruby and green, which are the colours in stock. The canopy and the lid are both pierced with fine patterns, which makes the top half look lighter than the bottom.
