About This Pearl Pendant Set

Name a pearl pendant set and most people picture one round pearl hanging alone on a chain. This design takes a different route. It is a compact heart tilted slightly, with a smooth pearl surface filling the lower half and rows of tiny artificial stones covering the upper half. A metal alloy frame holds both parts together, and the fine chain is 20.8 cm in height.
Only white is on offer, so the pearl face and the stones sit in the same cool register and the contrast comes from texture, not tone. Smooth against a dense bed of tiny stones, that is the entire story, and it needs nothing added. The heart is small enough to hide under a collar and large enough to notice from across a table.
Weight is 5 gm. Put it on with a ribbed top, a cotton kurta or an off-shoulder blouse and the heart settles at the base of the throat.
