About These Elephant Disc Earrings

Most oxidised earrings for women choose a hoop or a drop, and these choose a small animal: an elephant leans over the top of a round disc with its trunk curled, and below it a tiny flower is set into the face of the disc. The oxidised finish gives the elephant a darker outline, so the figure stands out from the plain face behind it.

The stones in the flower carry the multicolour that is listed. The earring is compact, 2.1 cm wide and 3.5 cm high, so it sits near the lobe and the elephant is the only thing that draws the eye. That makes it easy with a cotton saree, a kurta with a round neck or a long skirt, and it will not clash with a necklace. A round, calm disc shape keeps the look neat.
