Six short bars on a very fine chain: that is the whole design of this minimal kamar patta. The bars are small tubes, set far apart, so the chain has long stretches of nothing and a few brief interruptions. A longer curb chain at each end sets the fit, and the photograph shows the belt laid flat in a wide, even oval.
