A teardrop frame sits at the middle with a ring of small stones around it and a set of stones inside, and mesh bands of round beads, strung with a small metal bead between each group, run out to a bar and a short chain on each side.

The mesh bands are wide and even, so the teardrop looks like a pendant held in place between two broad straps, which suits a sleeveless blouse or a half-sleeve kurta.
