You wear a kada bangle like this one with the centre on top: a round burst of small stones, with rays spreading outwards, sits in the middle, and thin open strands run out from it on both sides to meet the band. The result looks like a single bright button on a fine line, and the stones around it stay evenly spaced all the way out.
