Where other designs use a broad collar, this temple necklace set keeps a chain with small linked stations and lets one pendant do the work. The pendant is a peacock design, wide at the base and narrowing toward the top, with ruby-coloured stones across its centre and a ring of pearl-coloured beads around the edge. The jhumka earrings carry beads too, and the stations on the chain hold small green and ruby stones.

Both stones sit in ruby green, the only colour listed. Since the stones are small and the pendant carries the pattern, a pale saree in a soft shade gives the pendant room to show, while a darker silk saree makes it look rich. A round neckline suits the chain, and plain bangles are enough on the wrists.
