About These Antique Earrings

Tiny domed drops hang in a line from the lowest chain of these antique earrings, and each one ends in a small tip. Three layered strands rise from them to a flat top bar and hook, so every side reads as a shallow bowl of chain. The upper two strands are plain ball chain. The third carries the drops and a thread of coloured links, which gives the piece its depth.

Ruby green is the only colour option here. Those links sit between the drops in short alternating runs, while the chain around them keeps one steady metal tone. The antique look comes from the slightly muted surface and the carved lines on each drop. It is a North style piece, and the three tiers keep it from looking sparse even on a small face.
