Fifty-three grams of scrolled metalwork surrounds the dial of this ladies bracelet watch. A round dial sits inside a swirling frame, circled by small round stones, and oval panels edged with beads and showing a green leaf pattern sit above and below it. Pierced and textured links join the pieces, and a chain ends the band.

Only ruby green is listed in stock. The ruby stones form a ring and the green appears in the panels, so the two colours are spread through the design instead of being gathered in one place. The metalwork is Rajwadi, antique in tone. It suits a cotton or silk saree and a kurta in a pale shade, and it looks equally at home with a lehenga in a deep colour, where it matches the weight of the fabric.

The metal alloy base carries artificial stones of glass or fibre, and the links are pierced, so the band is lighter than it looks.
