About This Pearl Maang Tikka
Stone-Studded Moon Maang Tikka in Mehendi Finish is a maang tikka with a metal alloy base, a Mehendi finish and artificial stones, weighing 30 gm and available in Ruby Green. Made in India and shipped across India in 2–4 business days.
Thirty grams in weight, this pearl maang tikka has three parts stacked down the forehead: a column of small pearl flowers, a round pendant with a ruby and a green stone, and a crescent moon edged with pearls. Three small flowers with pearl centres hang below the crescent.
Ruby and green are the colours listed, and they appear in the central stones. The Mehendi finish deepens the tone of the metal, and the listing tags the style as minimal, clustered pearl and chand bali. The long column and the hanging flowers suit a silk saree with a heavy border, or a lehenga in a deep shade. The three flowers add movement, so keep the hair tied back from the face. Being a crescent, it echoes the shape of many jhumka and chand bali earrings, which makes a matching pair easy to choose.
Stones and pearls are artificial, on a metal alloy base. Seat the hook securely and let the column rest along the parting. A pearl at the very base of each hanging flower finishes the outline. For other head ornaments, see maang tikka.
