In the square setting a ruby-coloured piece sits inside a frame of tiny clear ones, and it breaks up the clear teardrops on both sides. The open back of the second bangle in the photo shows the same teardrop shapes repeated in a cut-out pattern, so the band looks finished from the inside too. Because every teardrop is cut to the same size, the two columns look like twin rows, with the square setting in the middle as a full stop. The colour option here is ruby, and the coloured parts are artificial.
